Industry specific personas for Mastery Logistic Systems.
In this project, I spearheaded the creation of 23 unique industry-specific personas tailored to the logistics sector. This initiative was driven by extensive user research and competitor analysis, enabling me to uncover critical insights about the diverse roles and challenges within the industry. Each persona captures a comprehensive array of data points, including goals, needs, and pain points, to ensure relevance and depth.
Figma and its Auto Layout functionality, I designed the personas for visual clarity and ease of use, ensuring they could be seamlessly integrated into workflows. The structured layouts allowed stakeholders to quickly grasp each persona's key attributes, fostering alignment and improving communication across teams.
This work provided invaluable tools for aligning design and business strategies with user realities. It not only enhanced the team’s empathy for end-users but also informed feature prioritization and decision-making. The personas have since become a cornerstone for user-centered design practices within the organization, proving their utility in real-world applications.
