About This Project
This ongoing project focuses on creating an intuitive and scalable design system for the backend of our Transportation Management System (TMS). The goal is to enable users to effortlessly manage various operational aspects through a cohesive interface. I designed a robust framework that includes a unified color palette, shareable components, and detailed wireframes—all crafted to streamline workflows and enhance usability.
Using Figma and Auto Layout, I developed over 17 pages of designs and documentation, ensuring consistency and adaptability across the platform. By conducting in-depth research with current users and analyzing personas, I tailored the design elements to address specific pain points and operational needs. The designs prioritize functionality and clarity, allowing users to navigate complex tasks with ease.
This project continues to evolve with ongoing revisions, incorporating feedback to refine the user experience further. The work has established a solid foundation for seamless interaction and future scalability, showcasing my ability to align user needs with practical design solutions for a complex backend system.
